    Entertainment industry mourns Steve ‘Spotlight’ Osagie

    The Nigerian entertainment industry has been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of Music Executive Steve Osagie, popularly known as Spotlight.

    Steve Spotlight is the brother to JJC Skillz, the former husband to Nigerian actress Funke Akindele.

    The talent manager and PR was confirmed dead on Friday 7, 2022 which has attracted condolences from personalities in the music industry and colleagues.

    The deceased posted two days ago on his Instagram that he wish to sponsor some upcoming artists. He wrote, “Pls tag the true VOCALIST on here I want to promote some unknown artist, LET THAT TALENT SHINE THROUGH, TAG A OUTSTANDING MUSIC VOCALIST.”

    The cause of the death is still unknown at the time of this report. But according to Tunde Ednut’s report, Steve showed no symptoms of sickness and he simply passed on in his sleep in what came as a shock to everyone who knew him.”
