A Nigerian broadcaster, Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly called Daddy Freeze, has tackled Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie for declaring himself as a proud polygamist.
In the actor’s comment sections, Freeze concurred that polygamy is OK and that his decision to practice it cannot prevent him from becoming a man of God. However, he must seek his first wife, May Yul Edochie’s consent and she must be happy with his decision.
Daddy Freeze wrote, “My brother there is nothing wrong with polygamy. It is scriptural like you noted. Abraham, David, and Solomon were all polygamists. Polygamy can’t stop you from being a man of God. However, the only issue is that May @mayyuledochie is NOT happy. Traditionally (with regards to Nigerian culture) and scripturally, the first wife must consent. May made it clear that she didn’t consent. This is my issue. Do have yourself a happy holiday”.
Wakadaily earlier reports that Yul Edochie, has made it clear thar he is a very proud polygamist and claims that God granted him permission to cheat on his wife and finally marry Judy Austin, the mother of his child.
