Early Life & Education

Cameron Okoye comes from the popular Okoye family known for their great strides in the entertainment industry. His father Peter Okoye is a part of the musical duo P-Square.

His father’s twin brother is Paul Okoye who goes by the stage name Rude Boy. His other uncle is Jude Okoye. His cousin (Paul’s son) is Andre Okoye.

Cameron hails from Anambra State. Though he is an Igbo boy, he was raised in Lagos City.

He is the first child of his family and has only one sibling, a sister named Aliona Okoye. His mother is Mrs. Lola Omotayo Okoye, who is an entrepreneur.

Cameron Okoye completed his elementary school at an expensive primary school in Victoria Island. He is currently in middle school at a top secondary school in Lagos.

Career

Since Cameron Okoye was a toddler, he had shown interest in football. His parents helped him to develop his love for the game by signing him up for football summer camp training.

With time, he has grown into a better footballer. He was formerly a member of the Little Tigers Football Club.

In 2017, Cameron Okoye‘s club emerged as the winner of a tournament and he was awarded the Top Goal Scorer Award by his team.
