    Nollywood actress and Filmmaker, Omoni Oboli has shared tips on how to avoid unnecessary deaths.

    The mother of three took to her Instagram page to advised her followers to pay more attention to their health and wellness this year, she cautioned them not to wait till they are physically sick before being intentional.

    Omoni Oboli wrote, “Let me say it to you in plain English. If you are not intentional about your health and wellness this 2023. Your life might really be at risk! Don’t wait till you are physically sick before being intentional. Everyday we are hearing of people dying. Most of these deaths can be avoided. Everyday I share what I do, the supplements I take, and all I do. Pls I hope I inspire you to take care of yourself this year.

    Don’t die unnecessary death!
    Most of the deaths we have been hearing about can be avoided! It breaks my heart. This year, be intentional about your health and wellness!
    I share what I do, the supplements and all, I hope I inspire you to take your health seriously. Don’t wait till you get sick!
