Former Big Brother Naija winner, Mercy Eke has at last responded to her age-related controversies.
Wakadaily learned that the reality TV star’s true age was made public when she posted a message pushing her followers to obtain their own Permanent Voter Cards.
The social media influencer posted her PVC and informed her fans that she was ready for the 2023 Nigerian general elections.
Even though she concealed her birthdate and residence, a supporter of hers had to go above and beyond to unearth the Card’s contents, revealing Mercy Eke’s true age as 32.
The follower wrote, “You covered your date of birth and left VIN that shows everything about you. Does this make sense to you?. Anyway, I’m here to inform your that I just found out that you are 32 years of age. Don’t come here 29th Sept and claim 25 years o. Have a nice day.”
Mercy Eke who had in a few months ago, celebrated her 29th birthday, took to her Twitter page to advised Nigerians to get their PVC without being concerned about the draggings.
She wrote, “Collect your PVC. Nigeria be great again”.
A critic tweeted, “But you’re close to 40 yrs old why you dey lie for us”.
Mercy Eke replied, “I’m actually 52”.
