Early Life
Cyril Chukwuemeka was born on 4 November, 1983 to Chief Cyril Ikemefuna Nweke and Mrs Ifeoma Georgina Nweke.
He hails from Ifite-Ukpo, Anambra State. He is an Igbo man.
He comes from a royal household as his father was the Eze Ndi Igbo Nnanyelugo in Kaltungo city, Gombe State.
He is the first son of the family and has seven siblings. He and his siblings were raised in both the South East and Northern parts of the country.
His father is now a pastor of the church, Christ Liberation Ministry. His mum is an entrepreneur who runs a small and medium-scale enterprise.
Education
Cyril attended Obi Okosun Memorial Nursery and Primary School, Onitsha, and St. Mary’s Nursery and Primary School, Suleja, Niger State.
While he later obtained his West African School Certificate from Government Secondary School, Gwagwalada, Abuja. He left high school in 1995.
Thereafter, he enrolled at the University of Jos, Plateau State where he finished with a diploma in Law and a degree in Political Science and Public Administration. This was in 2009.
Career
Having developed a love for acting from childhood, Cyril joined the industry as a professional actor in 2011. He made his debut in the movie, Snake Covenant.
He got his first lead role in a movie produced by ace actor, Kenneth Okonkwo. The movie titled The Last Day shot Cyril into the national limelight.
