Nigerian singer and songwriter, Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable has called on his senior colleagues, Wizkid, Burna Boy and Davido to help the upcoming artistes instead of posting cars and houses.
The Zazu crooner stated this in an interview with actor turned street Voxpop, Timi Agbaje, he also pleaded with Davido to keep to his promise and help him rise.
Portable said: “Abeg make una help me, I still need help. You dey hear. Make una help me abeg.
“Make Wizkid Baba n’la, help me. You understand, no be to dey post cars, houses. Make them help people from the trenches.
“All those artiste dey wey sabi. Davido na baba, e don promise me, anyone wey pray for ur downfall go fall.
“After Davido na egbon Ogonna (Burna Boy) make dem help me, dem no carry me join body dey man rip me. Na him make me dey para. Dey say I wise, why I no go wise”.
In another interview, the singer reveals why he engages in brawls on social media.
When Timi Agbaje asked him why he fights online every time, Portable responded with a question; “dem don rip you before? Timi responded; “dem don rip me”. The singer went on to ask; “as dem riP you, you no talk?” Timi responded; “I no talk”. Arriving at his conclusion, Portable said; ” na him make dem dey rip you dey go ma soro (don’t talk!).
