Many Nollywood actors have taken to social media to show their support to senior colleague Nkem Owoh over the loss of his daughter.

Wakadaily had reported that the veteran actor lost his daughter on the 28th of June, after battling with cancer.

The family had made announcement that she will buried at her fathers’s town in Enugu on the 24th of August, 2023.

Nkem Owoh has now taken to his Instagram page to express his gratitude for all the love and support that was shown to him and his family.

He started that when tragedy strikes, the most disheartening is knowing that you are alone in it.

He also revealed that his daughter’s death is a change that he didn’t anticipate and he feels a huge sense of loss.

“I want to thank you all for the support and love shown to me and my family. When tragedy strikes, there is nothing more heartening than knowing that you’re not alone.
It was with deep gratitude that I received your note, calls with condolences. We have seen many changes over the years. But this is a change I did not anticipate and I am feeling an acute sense of loss.
However, I know that because of your encouragement, I will get through this time. Thank you for helping to push me through my grief”.
