Popular Afrobeat singer Davido sends condolences message to the family of late singer Mohbad, while on stage at his UK tour.

Recall that wakadaily reported the death of singer Mohbad on Monday, September, 2023 and was buried on Wednesday in his hometown in Ikorodu Lagos State.

Davido while performing at the Manchester city stop of his UK tour sent his  condolences to his family.

While sending his condolences he explained that artist go through a lot of things while they keep entertaining their fans.

He said, “I want to send condolences to the family of my little brother, Mohbad who passed away yesterday.

“You know, as we [artistes] come on stage and perform for you guys every night, you guys might not know what we are going through. We are human beings too. It takes a lot for us to come out every night to perform. We do that because we love you.

I wanna give a special shoutout to my brother. I know you are in heaven watching down. Tonight we are going to turn up for you.”

The singer had earlier sent the family of the late artist N2 million naira before sending this public condolences.
