Nigerian superstar singer, Wizkid makes first public appearance after his mother passed away on the 18th of August, 2023.
The singer who hasn’t been seen at any public event since the news of his mother’s death attended an exclusive event for the opening of the private view of ‘Gabrielle Chanel. Fashion Manifesto’ at the popular Victoria & Albert museum in London, held on September 13, 2023.
The exhibition showcase the work of the brand’s late iconic designer Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel.
Wizkid was seen mingling with prestigious guest at the event and even posed for pictures sneaking a quirky face in one them which has left so many fans and lovers of the singer happy.
Recall that Wizkid had lost his mother Jane Dolapo a month ago, the news was broken by a close associate of the singer.
Since the news broke out the singer has been under the radar, fans and lovers of the singer had sent their condolence messages through social media.
Celebrities also took to their social media platforms to send their condolence, even A list artists Davido and Burna Boy paused their performance at the ‘Afronation Fest, DJ Exclusive’ to honor the late singer’s mum.
