The presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has appointed Dino Melaye a former senator, and Dr. Daniel Bwala as his spokespersons for the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
This was contained in a statement released on Thursday by Paul Ibe, the presidential candidate’s media adviser. He said the two nominations are to go into effect right away,
Ms. Lynne Bassey, whose nomination became effective on August 1, has been nominated by Atiku to serve as Special Assistant on Gender Issues and Women Advancement.
“The former vice president expanded his campaign staff on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, by hiring three media assistants: Eta Uso, Abdulrashhed Shehu, and Demola Olanrewaju.
“Malaye, who represented the Kogi West Senatorial Constituency, served in the National Assembly’s Red Chamber during the 8th Senate.
While Bwala, a prominent lawyer, politician, and public affairs analyst born in Adamawa State, left the ruling All Progressives Congress APC last week and joined the PDP.”
