Former Big Brother Lockdown housemate Vee Iye has reacted to her ex-lover and current BBNaija All Star housemate Neo’s statement on why they couldn’t mend their relationship after break-up.

Neo in a conversation with Pere revealed that his ex(Vee) was trying to get back with him 9 months after their break-up, but it didn’t work out.

He went on to note that the beef they had wasn’t a big deal, but vee just wanted it and made a big deal out of it.

Neo revealed that even though Vee reached out to settle things it didn’t work out because she was still dwelling on her beef with his cousin Venita and he couldn’t settle things with her when she still had grudges against his cousin.

“One of the reasons why I didn’t give my ex (Vee) a second chance was that 9 months after we broke up, she wanted to come back to me but was still holding grudges with my cousin (Venita). I had to take a stand that it won’t work btw us.

“And I’m like can’t break up with me after 9 months and you’re trying to come back and you’re still telling me you’re holding onto a grudge with my family. Someone you’re not supposed to. I will not inspire you to separate from your family. And she was just going off in harsh tones”, he said.

Reacting to this Vee took to micro-blogging platform X formerly Twitter to state that he was capping because there is no evidence to back his claims.

“No evidence”, she tweeted.

The duo were viewers choice couples in the lockdown season of the BBNaija show and continued their relationship outside after the show, serving lots of couples goals before the relationship went sour.

According to reports a major reason for the couple splitting is Vee’s issues with Neo’s cousin Venita.
