Chomzy was born to the Igbo family of Mr. and Mrs. Ndubueze in 2000. The Older Ndubuezes named her Esther Chioma Ndubueze.
She is from a Christian home. Her native name, Chioma, means “God is Good,” while her last name, Ndubueze, means “Life is King” in English.
