Popular Nollywood actress, comedian, TV personality and producer, who is known for her role as Emu in The Johnsons family drama, reportedly slumped and died on Sunday night.
Wakadaily gathered that Ada Ameh lost her only daughter, Aladi, in 2020 after an unsuccessful surgery in Abuja.
Ameh has earlier revealed that she was undergoing mental issues which were “taking her life.”
Meanwhile, Ameh’s last post on Instagram which was at about 12.53 pm on Sunday, July 17, reads, “Happy new week fams. This trip for my friend’s elder sister is just an enjoyment gallow!!! Thanks my darling sister Phil. I enjoyed myself!!. God bless my love. May dreams come true in Jesus Christ’s name.”
Several reports have it that the actress suddenly slumped and died in Warri, Delta State on Sunday night.
The death of Ameh has thrown Nigerians into mourning as they expressed shock and sadness on social media.
