Afrobeat musician Peruzzi has recently addressed a fan’s inquiry on Twitter regarding a statement made by Wizkid.
The fan, known as Mubi, questioned why Wizkid referred to Peruzzi as a pant washer and whether Wizkid had Peruzzi in mind when making the comment.
In response, Peruzzi stated that Wizkid would not have the courage to say such things to his face.
He stated, “can he say it to my face though? Just answer,” saying that Wizkid could not say it to his face.
Another internet user responded to him by suggesting that he should arrange a meeting with Wizkid and broadcast it live so that they can verify something.
Peruzzi also responded in Igbo, implying that people were asking for a confrontation between him and Wizkid, which could have negative consequences.
It is worth stating that few days ago, Wizkid publicly blasted Peruzzi for being a songwriter for Davido and insulted him.
This comment clearly upset Peruzzi and prompted him to react. He claimed that none of Wizkid’s artists could compete with him in terms of songwriting. It is unclear whether Wizkid will respond to Peruzzi’s recent statement.
