Early Life & Education
CDQ was born on May 6, 1985, in Orile, Lagos the southwestern part of Nigeria.
He is a native of Ilorin, Kwara State.
He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lagos state university.
Career
With CQD’s unique style of blending his vocals with the Yoruba language rap while doing his popular ad-libs “Woss Wobi”, he started music professionally in 2008 as a backup singer for Dagrin.
He got signed in 2013 to Masterkraft’s General records after emerging winner at the weekly industry Nite in December 2012.
He came to the limelight with the single “Indomie” while enlisting the services of Olamide and also a remix with Davido.
He also released another single “Nowo E Soke” featuring Wizkid off his highly anticipated debut studio album “QUALITY”.
Then on November 11, 2016, he launched his own record label NSNS, an acronym for No struggles No Success.
