There is an alleged protest against Nigerian Fuji singer King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall,  better known as Kwam1 or K1, due to his performance at a recent event.

Wakadaily reported that Kwam1 performed at a birthday party for a prominent fabric merchant named Lajoke, but guests were disappointed with his performance.

Nigerians in London are planning to protest against the singer for accepting a large sum of money but not meeting the client’s expectations.

According to Wakadaily, Kwam1 only sang for two hours, rarely said the celebrant’s name in his music, and instead called out his friends’ names, which led to London guests booing him and forcing him to leave the hall.Another artist named Laolu Gbenjo saved the day.

Tonia Alewisbiz trying to defend him commented, “What was in the contract? Was he meant to be there all night or for an hour? People pay for what they want”.

Tackling her, Arewa Baby girl commented, “He clearly breached the contract. He collected £39k and played for just 2 hours, 12 minutes for celebrant and the rest of his fans”.

During the General election, there was an online video that claimed KWAM1, along with some thugs, physically assaulted people in areas where they voted for the Labour party.

An unidentified man stated that he was attacked by these thugs who stole his wristwatch and other valuable items, and he alleged that Kwam1 was among them.

Some time ago, Kunle Ayanlowo, who used to be Kwam1’s drummer, spoke out about his experience working with him.
He described how Kwam1 treated him and others like slaves.

Kunle recounted an incident involving Kwam1 that worsened his ulcer, and he warned Nigerians to hold Kwam1 responsible if anything were to happen to him.

Kwam1 denied these allegations and accused Kunle of lying. He claimed that Kunle was trying to tarnish his reputation, even though he was the one who helped Kunle when he was nobody.

In a diss track, K1 stated that Kunle was always after money and happiness, and after 32 years of working together, he had nothing to show for it.

Kunle, not one to back down, warned Kwam1 to stay away from him.

He claimed that Kwam1 had allegedly slept with his woman in Paris and refuted Kwam1’s statement that he couldn’t read or write English.

Kunle questioned how Kwam1 was able to communicate with white people and advised him to change his ways.
