Nora Fatehi (born 6 February 1992) is a famously Canadian actress, singer, dancer, Model, and producer.

She became prominent for her work in the Indian film industry. She has appeared in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam films.

She has worked and collaborated with the Tanzanian singer Rayvanny on her hit single  Pepeta.

Early Life

Nora Fatehi was born on February 6, 1992, in Toronto, Canada where she was raised, although she hails from a Moroccan family.

She sees herself as an “Indian at heart”.

Career

Nora Fatehi started up with an appearance in the Hindi film; Tigers of the Sundarbans. She made her debut in Telugu films with an item number, “Ittage Recchipodham”, in Puri Jagannadh’s film Temper.

She had a special feature in the film Mr. X, alongside Emraan Hashmi and Gurmeet Choudhary.

She signed a Telugu film Sher in late June 2015, and a Telugu film Loafer, in August 2015, featuring Varun Tej.

She participated in the ninth season of Bigg Boss as a wild card in December 2015 and was evicted in the 12th week. She also became a contestant on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2016.

Nora Fatehi played the lead actress in My Birthday Song, alongside Sanjay Suri. She signed a contract with the record label T-series in February 2019. She also played a Supporting role in the 2020 dance film Street Dancer 3D.

Nora hit single “Dilbar” generated over one billion views on YouTube and also collaborated with the Moroccan hip-hop group Fnaire to release an Arabic version of the song, and she became the first African-Arab female artist to cross one billion views with her song “Dilbar”.

She was also chosen to feature in Light The Sky, a song for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, featuring alongside Manal, Balquees, Rahma Riad, and RedOne, in October 2022.
