Following recent call out of her spiritual father, Chef Dammy gets sued N20 million naira for defamation by Pastor Adegoke.

Pastor Adegoke has initiated legal proceedings, seeking a considerable sum of 20 million Naira as a remedy for what he asserts are slanderous statements made by Chef Dammy on social media.

Pastor Adegoke demands are that Chef Dammy retracts the statements she has made and compensates him with the sum of N20 million, as he firmly believes that his character has been seriously damaged due to her allegations.

This development is coming following Chef Dammy’s revelations, where she voiced her concern about her safety and implicated her Pastor, Pastor Adegoke.

Chef Dammy became renowned for her cookathon which gained her lots of popularity on social media.

The program was hosted by her church, led by her church pastor, they supported her all through the cookathon.

However, their relationship became strained, primarily coming from financial disagreements.

It has been reported by an insider that  Chef Dammy’s freedom was significantly curtailed after her participation in the cookathon. Her phone and ATM card were reportedly held by the event organizers which includes Pastor Adegoke, making her inaccessible to friends and family through phone calls or social media messages.

The insider also stated that she was experiencing a sense of confinement and desired a return to her previous life, where she enjoyed greater personal freedom. Furthermore, it was revealed that Chef Dammy had been apprehensive about participating in the cookathon from the outset, and it was Pastor Adegoke who strongly urged her to take part.

And the situation further went bad when Chef Dammy and her family declined to participate in a subsequent cookathon, and Chef Dammy transferred 700,000 Naira to her family members.
