Early Life & Education
Ivie Okuja was born in Benin City to a Delta state father and an Edo state mother. She is the last of five children and spent the first ten years of her life in Benin before settling in Abuja.
She attended Our Ladies of Apostle private school and Queens College Lagos for her primary and secondary education respectively while she studied Economics at the University of Abuja.
Career
Ivie’s parents initially wanted her to study medicine because there are several medical practitioners in her family. Ivie came into the Nigerian entertainment industry through the Amstel Malta Box Office (AMBO) platform.
Since her entrance into the industry, she has continually worked hard to stay relevant in the industry.
Her first role as an actress was in the movie, Alero’s Symphony, where she acted with a popular R&B singer, Faze. In 2014, she produced her debut movie, Make a Move. This movie was successful and highly accepted and it earned her awards.
Since then, she has been acting and producing movies that make a difference and impact lives.
She got married to her husband, Ezie Agbo in 2015, and their union is blessed with beautiful children.
