Nollywood curvey actress Moyo Lawal, has threatened to take legal action over her leaked sex tape.

Recall that Wakadaily had reported that the actress has been in the news for having an intimate video of herself with an unidentified man who she has now stated is her ex fiancé released.

The actress had received mix reactions from her colleagues and fans over this incident.

Moyo Lawal is now threatening to sue the said ex fiancé for breach of privacy.

Reacting to the leaked video, Moyo released a Public statement on her instagram page on Sunday evening, stating that this will be the first and the last time she would be commenting on the incident.

The actress emphasized that the video was never meant for public consumption, she threatened to take legal action for the breach of her privacy.

She wrote, “A private video of mine from a while ago has been inappropriately shared without consent, violating my trust and privacy.

“I want to emphasize that this video done with my ex was never for public consumption, its unauthorized distribution is a breach of personal boundaries.
This criminal breach of privacy will definitely be treated with legal action.

“ It really hit me funny because I have always maintained a strict approach to my sexuality, even going as far as been celibate for a few years, refusing to date often and choosing to be alone most times. However, I am determined to not let this unfortunate incident break my spirit”.
