Sting Man: Enugu Bishop Bans Catholics from attending Mbaka’s Adoration Ministry

Enugu Catholic Diocese, Bishop Callistus Onaga, has banned Catholics worshippers from attending Rev Fr.Ejike Mbaka, Adoration Ministry programme

Following the utterance Mbaka made at his crusade ground about Petrt Obi, the Presidenatial candidate of the Labour Party LP, calling him names “a stingy man”, could not be Nigeria’s president. Also said Obi is “cursed.”

WAKADAILY gathered that father Mbaka has earlier apologies to Peter Obi in a letter,  “Blesses his Excellency Peter Obi and his Supporters”

Part of the apology letter read:

He said “I am a servant of God and my intention is not to malign His Excellency, Peter Obi’s image, but to pray for him. May God’s will be done in his life. I pray to God whom I serve to give our beloved people good and excellent leaders who will take care of them and lead them to the promise land. Anyone who God wishes to make our leader is my choice.”

The Enugu Catholic Diocese has issued a letter on Friday signed personally by Bishop Onaga, prohibiting members from attending the programme unti due canonical process are concluded.

Part of the letter read, “I hereby prohibit all Catholics (clergy, religious and lay faithful) henceforth from attending all religious and liturgical activities of the Catholic Adoration Ministry until the due canonical process initiated by the Diocese is concluded.”
