Be Innovative, says deputy governor to youths

Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, the deputy governor of Lagos State, has exhorted young people to think creatively and be innovative in order to propel the nation’s development and transformation.

This statement was made known by the Lateef Jakande Academy Leadership on Sunday as a form of advice from the deputy governor when he visited the Academy.

The News Agency of Nigeria reported that the deputy governor discussed with the academy fellows, encouraging them to prioritize innovative thinking as crucial for effective leadership.

According to the statement “Innovation is the engine that drives progress and transformation in every society.

“The fellows of this prestigious academy and the youths generally must harness their creativity and vision to pioneer solutions that drive positive change in their communities and beyond.

“The critical role of innovation in addressing the complex challenges facing society today is very vital in proffering solutions to some of these challenges,”

Mr. Hamzat went ahead to commend the Executive Secretary of LJLA, Aishat Agbaje-Okunade, for her Dedication to good leadership development in the state
