Popular Nollywood Actor Yul Edochie’s daughter, Danielle has succeed in taking off her father’s name from her profile and on social media.
Danielle, who was earlier using her father’s name, Danielle Yul Edochie, on her profiles has now changed her name to be Danielle Diana Dubem (triple D).
A quick check by Wakadaily shows that the 18-year-old has indeed changed her name.
Many people supported her for the boldness as she was congratulated and showerd with praises;
Sandypreneur wrote, “If na you nko? Do you know what it means to watch your parent embarrass you daily? Smh.”
Mr Azeez applauded her saying, “SHE JUST TOOK A BOLD STEP TO DISOWN HER DAD! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.”
Phelle wrote, “Men do not know the damages this things do to their kids mostly on their daughters. This same act of yul my dad did. Till today I. Ve trust issues with men . It’s externally damaging to daughter . Tomorrow them go come beg and expect you to forgive and forget the past that they hurt . Mine even asked me what abomination did I commit ?. Like this man is a joke . You threw away your family for decades over a strange woman. Then turn around when you think you can benefit from us to be asking me what abomination did u commit? Haaaa ! The young lady took the bold steps, following marital crisis between Yul and his estranged wife, May Yul-Edochie.
Earlier this year Yul Edochie had dragged May publicly over a post she made. The estranged wife noted that the past year was a hard and painful year revealing the time off she took pretending that she was mourning their son Kambilichukwu, who died in the same year.
He futher said May married boyfriend, had helped her to achieve these activities with his endorsement, using her to manipulate the public about her state of mind.
Queen May, in her New Year speech, spoke on the misfortunes that befall her in 2023, taking it as series of disasterious events that has made her sad.
Yul Edochie mentioned that his past year was the best, filled with alot of achievements and grace from God, while May statement was opposite.
