An x user user, identified as General Oluchi has narrated how Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh was banned from the North for taking pictures with Orphans.

Remember that years back, Tonto was well-known for her patriotic acts which took her across several parts of the country, taking care of the hopeless, orphans and less privileges.

General Oluchi exposed that the beautiful actress, regardless of her charitable deeds, was banned in the north after she had visited years back and bought stuffed animals for the orphans.

According to her, it was so diminishing that she was completely stopped from taking pictures with the kids because she’d bring an ordinary gift and fill up the children for pictures.

“When Tonto Dikeh visited the north, she brought them stuffed animals. It was so embarrassing that she was banned from taking pictures with the kids because she’d bring a mediocre gift and round up the children for photographs”.

This was followed, hours after Tonto questioned Labor Party presidential aspirant, Peter Obi over his unveiling of borehole projects in some Northern states.

The movie star pondered if the former governor was truly ready to upgrading this country to the higher level, as she stated that the idea that Nigeria was almost entrusted to him, is heart breaking. Expressing disappointment, she made it known that she wasn’t disrespecting him but was disappointed with his actions and was in shock.

In  2023,October, Tonto was announced as an All Progressive Congress member by the APC women leader, which didn’t seem right with some people who bashed her , for being a pretender.

Coming out, Tonto stated that she had learned over the years that impactful leadership comes from visionary leaders offering selfless service to humanity. She made it known that she was concerned in the progress of her country, Nigeria, and helping the youths .
