The demise of Ganiyu Oyeyemi, a well-known Yoruba actor, better known as Ogunjimi, has been confirmed by fellow Yoruba actor Kunle Afod, who shared the news on his Instagram page.

Afod wrote while morning, “We tried our best but God loves you more.

“May his soul rest in peace. Baba Ogunjinmi, RIP, Sun re oooo.”

Recall that Over the past four months, Nollywood has lost six of its own, including Sisi Quadri, Mr. Ibu, Amaechi Muonagor, Andy Best, Jumoke Aderounmu, Junior Pope, and pa Zulu Adigwe.
