Nkiruka ‘Kiki’ Omeili was born in Lagos to Charles and Maureen Omeili. She is of Igbo descent from Nimo, Anambra State. Her father had a banking career, while her mother worked in the prison system. Omeili developed her acting skills through stage plays during her school years and continued her involvement in university. In 2006, she earned a Medical degree from the University of Lagos.
Career
Nkiruka ‘Kiki’ Omeili gained recognition in 2011 with her role in the TV series “Behind the Smile.” She made her film debut in 2012 with “Married but Living Single” and has appeared in various TV series including “Lekki Wives” and “Gidi Culture.” Omeili also hosted the dance reality show “Dance 234.” She received critical acclaim for her performance in “Couple of Days” and her short film “Unprotected.”
In 2018, Omeili produced and starred in the film “Run,” which garnered international attention. She joined the cast of “MTV Shuga” in 2023.
