Veteran Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has expressed gratitude to singer, Dbanj over his support for her and her Jenifa brand.
The movie star who held the premiere of her much talked about movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa on Sunday night, during her speech recounted how Dbanj stopped his personal project to support her. Funke revealed that the singer was supposed to travel for a project, but she begged him to show up for her, and he did. Funke stated that Dbanj cut his project for her and he did it at no cost.
“A big thank you to Bangalee; he was supposed to travel for a project. I begged and begged and begged. He told his guys to cut the project, and he would do this for me, and he did it at no cost”.
