Nollywood actress Ibironke Ojo Anthony popularly known as Ronke Oshodi Oke speaks on her weight loss journey.

Ronke was plus size but has lost so much weight and this left her fans inquisitive, as many have been asking how she achieved the weight loss goal.

The actress decided to spill the tea and let the public know how she went from 110kg to 87kg in her interview with Chude Jideonwo.

Recounting how her journey to weight loss started she stated that it all started in the UK when she went to visit her daughter and she was told by her medical doctor that she needs to lose weight due to health.

“It was my doctor who said I should lose weight. I was 110 then, and he said I should lose weight to about 75. I was like ‘eleyi po ke’. But he said I should lose weight. So later on, I was just doing my thing but I started having some small small sickness, BP and stuff like that. So I just said, ok, let me start doing this thing.”

The actress under the supervision of her doctor started her weight loss journey and was able to cut down to 82kg but she wasn’t comfortable with the size because she felt she was too slim so she switched from the first remedy which she used ‘Speedy Weight Loss’ to ‘Fat Surrender’ which said helped her better.

“Now I’m between 86 and 87,” Ronke proudly stated.

Vouching for the weight loss medication she use to to achieve her goal, Ronke said the pills work but you must know how to use it properly.

She started, “It does work but you would know how to use it. Because if you use it too much, it may affect your liver, like if you don’t know how to use it. That is why if anybody wants to use it, If they want to buy, I will tell them, ‘if you want to buy, you have to eat’ It is very very important to eat. You have to eat because of the strength. If they listen to my advice, it will surely work for them.”

Finally she addressed the rumor that she augmented her breast size, Ronke noted that her breast only look smaller because she lost weight.
