Nigerian Musician Adekunle Gold, reveals that he and his wife Simi are raising their daughter like a queen.

Adekunle Gold revealed this while speaking to media personnel ‘Tayo Aina’ who spent 24hrs with the singer, he stated what fatherhood means to him and how he and his wife Simi are raising his daughter Adejare as a queen by making sure she never lacks anything in life or struggles.

“It is a huge responsibility, one that I love by the way, knowing that I have this huge responsibility to raise a queen. My family is my centre, I told you before. You know that you asked me where I’m happy, my happy place, it’s where they are. That is the reason why I’m hustling hard men because this girl, the life that I lived growing up, she can’t do the same. That’s the reason I’m dropping school fees music for you people.”

Tayo Aina went on to ask the singer how he handles stardom and raising his daughter, given that both he and his wife are entertainers, he smiled and answered that the fact that both of them are musicians makes it even more easier and beautiful.

“I think that’s why it’s even more beautiful because I don’t have to do plenty of explaining because she understands and I understand as well. If she needs to go somewhere we shuffle it, like right now she is in Lagos working. Thankfully we have family around to help with Deja.”

They couples who has always kept their relationship private before marriage tied the knot in 2019 and kept pictures of their wedding ceremony private until they were ready to release it, the union has been blessed with a beautiful baby girl.
