Nigerian celebrity makeup artist, and actor, Mustapha Sholagbade baby mama, Adewunmi Fatai has slammed Yoruba movie industry.
She took to her Instagram page to call out some Yoruba movie celebrities for their ridiculous outfit at their colleague’s movie premiere.
Mercy Aigbe held the premiere of her much-talked movie, Ada Omo Daddy at IMAX cinema on Tuesday, which had lots of her colleagues in attendance. The theme of the event was Cultural Wedding Guest Extravaganza and only a few turned up in their traditional outfits.
Adewunmi reacting to this slammed such people for disgracing the industry as she noted how Mercy Aigbe instructed them to wear their best traditional wear, yet they went off the dress code.
“Aunty Mercy say dress your best traditional extravaganza wear. You wear rag abeg Shey una no get sense ni Abu oriburuku nse yin? Una go just dey disgrace Yoruba industry ATI kekere ATI Agbaya both of una dey do oshi hisssss.
“Hisssss the bouncer for bounce una back ni ode people. Shey una no get alubawi ni tori koyemi
Pele omo Toni good shape”.
Many have taken to her comment section to concur with her as they noted that was the reason why Funke Akindele kept them at arm’s length during her premiere.
