American rapper Kanye West has been sued by an autograph seeker for an alleged assault and battery.

According to TMZ, it was reported that the autograph seeker assault allegedly happened in 2022, at DTLA.

The accuser claimed to have demanded an apology from the singer to which he replied, “Apology for what?” before allegedly striking him again multiple times and severely injuring him.

He also stated that one of the people who accompanied Kanye tried to stop the attack, but he barked back, “go to the fucking house and get my fucking kids.

He said, “Kanye screamed, ‘I’m going to make a fucking example of you’, before hitting me with a punch to the face.”

The man is now suing him as a result of what he has suffered due to his attack,he is suing for damages claiming he has suffered emotional distress following the assault.

In a shocking turn of events, the autograph seeker’s wife is also suing the big star.

His wife is suing Kanye West for a loss of consortium, saying she lost her husband’s companionship as a result of the incident.
