Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has explained why Olubankole Wellington better known as Banky W lost his Eti-Osa House of Representative seat in the Saturday’s February 25th election.

Wakadaily reported that INEC declared Thaddeus Attah of the Labour Party as the winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives.

Attah polled 24,075 votes, beating his counterparts, Olubankole Wellington (Banky W) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who had 18,666 votes, and Babajide Obanikoro of the APC, who had 16, 901 votes.

Reacting to it, Uche Maduagwu claimed Banky W lost his political seat because he is not a giver like Davido.

Sharing a video on his Instagram page, Uche wrote, “Banky W is a #GOOD man, but he would have won the 2023 Election if he had given generously to CHARITY like Davido. This a subtle lesson to other celebs, sometimes, when you donate Millions to Charity like David, even God will personally make sure people vote for you to represent them. If not for Chioma good advice, do you think David go give 250 Million Naira to CHARITY? Behind every great generous giver, there is a Godly woman, so I urge ADESUA to learn from MRS CHIOMA ADELEKE, and make sure BANKY W gives to Charity like Davido does abundantly”.
