The girl who was bullied in a latest update, trending video, which captured her being slapped multiple times by her classmates and being assaulted by her bully, has sent out a lawsuit against the school and the people who oppressed her.

Currently she is allegedly requesting 500 million Naira in damages and also a public apology.

Remember that back in April of 2024, Maryam Hazan, the girl who assaulted her, had come out on social media to tender an apology to her.

In a video which was trending, she was captured as she expressed how remorseful she is for slapping the girl repeatedly. She also sent out an apology to social media users who has developed hatred on her since the release of the video.

Recall also that it was reported of how Twitter writer Ozzy Etomi had stood in for the girl who bullied her schoolmates. She had taken to the X-Platform to note that the whole drama would have being left for the school authorities to handle.

She further went on to express that, she didn’t find it humorous for the authorities to share clips of young children because their identities were not supposed to be revealed or posted, everywhere on the Internet.
