Popular Nigerian singers, Burna Boy, Rema, Asake and others won individual awards at the 16th Headies Award which was held on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at the the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta.
Since its inception in 20006, the Global Awards for Afrobeat music, has played a vital role in the documentation Of achievements recorded in Nigeria’s music industry, through its award which is the biggest musical award in the country.
Rema was the top winner at the Headies, going home with three gongs.
