C&S church pays tributes to late leader

Following the demise of the late Spiritual Head, Samuel Abidoye, members of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Agbo Jesu Conference Worldwide, have described him as a leader whose footsteps have left an incredible mark on the church worldwide.

In a statement of the church, on Thursday, Francis Okhiria, the Chairman, USA/Canada C&S, Agbo Jesu Sub-Conference, extolled the virtues of the cleric.

It was said that Prophet Abidoye died on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at the age of 103 years.

The church stated that during turbulent times, the prophet remained firm and provided stability with his revolutionary leadership and enduring impression.

“In times of turmoil, when uncertainty threatened to engulf the Cherubim & Seraphim Church, His Grace, Most Reverend Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye, stood tall, and he was a pillar of strength amidst the tempest.

“His contributions, such as transformative leadership, have left an indelible mark on the Cherubim & Seraphim Church Worldwide fabric.

“Today, we salute Baba Aladura Samuel Adefila Abidoye, not merely as a transformative leader but as a guiding light whose brilliance will continue to illuminate the path of progress for the generations of Cherubim & Seraphim Church Worldwide to come. Adieu, Baba Aladura Samuel Adefila Abidoye.”
