In an interview on Business Untitled, Davido discussed the initial stages of his career, his unique musical style, and the artists he enjoys collaborating with.

When the host asked Davido to reveal his favorite collaboration, he opted to mention the artists he enjoys working with instead. Throughout his career, Davido has teamed up with numerous artists to create unforgettable hit songs.

However, there are three particular artists that the Grammy-nominated star takes great pleasure in collaborating with.

The first is Chris Brown 

Davido and Chris Brown have formed a strong team that has produced many successful songs in the last ten years.

They first joined forces in 2019 for Davido’s popular song ‘Blow My Mind’, and since then, they have collaborated on five more tracks, including the latest one called ‘Hmm’ from Chris Brown’s ’11:11′ album deluxe version.

Additionally, Davido has contributed as a songwriter to Chris Brown’s widely acclaimed hit ‘Under The Influence’.

The second artist is kizz Daniel 

Kizz Daniel, a prominent personality in the Afrobeats genre, has been captivating fans for more than ten years with his consistent string of hit songs. He is among the Nigerian artists that Davido particularly enjoys collaborating with, to the extent that they have even considered the idea of working on a project together.

Ever since Davido initially helped Kizz Daniel with the remix of his popular song ‘Woju’ in 2014, they have worked together on three different tracks, including Iyanya’s ‘Like’.

Their most recent joint effort, the remix of ‘Twe Twe’, has become the most successful song in Nigeria during the first quarter of 2024.

The third is Zlatan

Nigerian street music sensation Zlatan openly expresses his close bond with Davido. In Falz’s song ‘Oganigwe,’ Zlatan proudly emphasizes that being friends with David Adeleke (Davido) is not an easy accomplishment.

Therefore, it is not unexpected that Davido enjoys collaborating with him, as they have worked together on five songs, with their most recent collaboration, ‘Money,’ being released in 2022.
