EFCC declares Marcellinus Chukwumaeze Nzeribe, wanted

The Nigeria anti-graft Agency, Known as Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared a former member of the House of Representatives, Marcellinus Chukwumaeze Nzeribe, wanted.

According to the anti-graft Agency, the 62-year old,Marcellinus Chukwumaeze Nzeribe is wanted by the EFCC in a case bordering on forgery of documents. Anyone with useful information should contact the Commission or report to the nearest police station”

This was Caption in a post via the EFCC’s verified twitter page on Monday.

Last week Monday, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja Nigeria had convicted Mr. Nzeribe for impersonation and forgery 

He was prosecuted by the EFCC, on a four-count charge.

The judge, Halilu Yusuf, found the former lawmaker Mr. Nzeribe guilty of impersonation, possession of federal government documents and using the same to fraudulently acquire land in the Maitama district of Abuja.
