#EkitiDecides2022: APC candidate Oyebanji leads in four LGA

The candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), in the governorship election on Saturday Biodun Oyebanji, has won four Local Government areas in Ekiti State.

“According to the result presented to the Independent National Electoral Commission  (INEC) State Collation centre in Ado-Ekiti as of the time of filing this report.

The local government won by the APC are Ijero, Emure, Ekiti Southwest, and Ikere.  InIjero LGA, the APC polled 13, 754 votes while SDP scored 5006 votes and PDP garnered 4,897 votes.

The results in Emure showed that APC scored 7728 against SDP’s 3446. While PDP polled 2610. In Ekiti Southwest LGA, APC got 9679 votes, while SDP scored 4577 votes and PDP polled 4475 votes.  In Ikere LGA , the APC candidate got 12,089 botes, while his SDP counterpart got 1947 votes and PDP polled 3789 votes.”
