American actor and star of the popular series ‘Euphoria’ Angus Cloud sadly pass away.
The actor played the character Fezco “Fez” O’Neill who was loved by many viewers of the teen drama.
He is reported to have died on Monday 31, July 2023 in his family house in Oakland, California.
TMZ reported that Angus Cloud had suffered from the loss of his father, who was laid to rest just last week in Ireland and was fighting with suicidal thoughts.
They also reported that the actor’s mother placed a call to 911 to report a possible overdose and on arrival they noticed that Angus had no impulses and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The actor’s family has made a statement to announce the death of the actor and also words of encouragement to people struggling with their mental health.
“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother, and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.
The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend.” He had posted his father on his Instagram on July 14, 2023, in remembrance of him”.
The producer of ‘Euphoria’ HBO, also made a statement as regards the loss of their cast.
“We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family, We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time.
Angus Cloud has been featured in many movies but his character in ‘Euphoria’ was his breakout role.
