Fans worried as Kizz Daniel refused to perform at FIFA Qatar 2022 World Cup

Fans of Nigerian singer Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, better known by his stage name Kizz Daniel, were left worried on Sunday night, November 20, 2022, at FIFA Qatar 2022 World Cup opening match as the singer refused to perform at the event as he earlier announced.

Recalls that wakadaily had earlier reported that Buga crooner, Kizz Daniel confirmed he will be performing at the world cup opening ceremony in an Instagram post on Friday, November 11 where he posted photos of himself and other artists that will be performing.

Fans who thought the Kizz Daniel was supposed to perform at the opening ceremony on November 20 alongside fellow Nigerian singer CKay became worried when he did not show up.

The singer later confirmed that he will be performing on November 23rd and not 20th as speculated.

According to kizz daniel post, he wrote: “This one is for Africa. This one is for Vado nation. See you in Qatar World Cup on 23/11/2022.”
