Pero Osaiyemi Adeniyi, the second mother of the famous singer, Innocent Idibia (also known as 2face), has shared her joy as her daughter, Ehi Idibia, gets accepted into the University.
On her Instagram page, the proud mother announced that Ehi has been admitted to the University of Connecticut, although she did not mention the course of study.
Showing her confidence in her daughter’s abilities, Pero expressed her pride and wished her daughter success, praying that God would guide her and keep her on the right path.
“Super proud of you, Ehi! I am confident that you will do exceedingly well. As you start this new chapter, God will go with you, you will not derail his mercy, and grace will forever speak for you. Thank you, Lord . It has been you and will always be you. @ehiidibia GO HUSKIES!!!!”.
Just a few days ago, the mother of four celebrated Ehi’s 18th birthday. She posted a lovely video of her daughter and expressed her surprise that her daughter is now legally an adult.
She expressed her pride in Ehi and praised her for making her proud, as well as for being intelligent and strong.
Similarly, 2Face Idibia showed his love for his daughter by stating that he is pleased to see his smart and beautiful daughter grow up to become an African Queen.
Ehi Idibia is not the only child of 2face who is now a university student. Last year, Nino Idibia, the singer’s first child whom he shares with his first baby mama, Sunmbo Adeoye, went to the US for university. Nino was accompanied by his mother and stepfather, David Adeoye.
Sunmbo reflected on the past weeks and expressed her gratitude to God for his faithfulness in her life and the lives of her children.
She thanked her Maker for the next chapter in her son’s life as he headed to university.
In January, Sunmbo Adeoye shared a slideshow of photos from the visit, including a picture of David and Nino dressed similarly.
Due to popular demand from her fans, she reposted the photo of the father and son, which has since touched the hearts of many who admire their bond and resemblance.
