Annie Macaulay Idibia, a popular actress in Nollywood, has expressing her gratitude towards her iconic singer husband, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2baba or 2face.

On her Instagram page, she posted a picture of them together and said that her husband is not only her pillar of support but also the best friend she never realized she needed.

“When Is He Is Your ONLY TRUE Support System And Also The Best-friend you never knew you Needed”.

This is not the first occasion where the mother of two has expressed her admiration for her partner. Some time ago, Annie posted a cute video of 2baba attempting to learn her language.

She disclosed that their busy schedules had caused them to miss each other’s phone calls, but her husband found another way to communicate with her. She expressed joy at the effort he puts in to learn her language.

On Valentine’s Day, Annie wrote a heartfelt message to her husband, 2baba, in celebration of their 12th anniversary of getting engaged.

She disclosed that despite their previous disagreements and her own admission of being stubborn, she appreciates the way he loves her even during their arguments, which are sometimes intentional.

Last year, Annie reflected on the highly publicized marital turmoil she experienced in 2021, where she accused Pero Adeniyi of still having a sexual relationship with 2baba, nearly leading to a divorce. Annie stated that she doesn’t know how she managed to survive that scandal, but she attributes it to grace.

To refresh your memory, Annie not only blast her husband and his ex-partner but also accused his family of not showing love and concern for her since their marriage.

She additionally claimed that 2baba stayed overnight with Pero when he visited their children and stated the singer’s brother and friends in her angry outbursts, which prompted his younger brother, Charles Idibia, to publicly expose her.

However, the couple was able to resolve their differences, and in 2022, 2baba renounced his role model status after publicly apologizing to her.
