UK-based Nigerian Pastor, Tobi Adegboyega, has lost the legal battle against deportation from the UK over fraud allegations and financial misconduct.

The founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church SPAC Nation was exposed for misusing his church funds amounting to £1.87 million. Investigations showed that the clergyman was unable to properly account for more than £1.87 million of outgoings and operated with a lack of transparency.

Despite claiming deportation would breach his human rights, an immigration tribunal ruled that he should be deported to Nigeria.
