Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw applauded Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Ikeja sexual offenses and domestic violence court for her worthy verdict in the child rape case against Dr Olufemi Olaleye.
The actress in a video she posted on her Instagram, full of excitement narrates how the judge’s dispensation on the child defilement case was worth praise.
Justice Oshodi sentenced Olaleye, the medical director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, to double life imprisonment for sexually assaulting and defiling his wife’s 16-year-old niece.
Applauding the judge she said, “I want to give kudos to the incorruptible Justice Rahman Oshodi for a detailed judgment. He listened attentively throughout the proceedings and left no one in doubt that this judgment was his.
“He saw that there was no remorse in Femi Olaleye and that he would repeat the same offenses if let go. I watched Femi’s body language all the time I came to this court and he showed no remorse as he was always shoulder-up.”
She also went on to praise Lagos State Domestic And Sexual Violence Agency for awareness campaigns and the war against sexual offenses.
Finally, she encouraged victims of sexual assault and domestic violence to speak up to eradicate the violence and help them out.
