Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid says he has more than enough music to retire.

The ‘More Love, Less Ego’ crooner who clocked 33 on Sunday, July 16, 2023, revealed this in an interview with Capital Extra’s Manny Norte.

The interviewer had said the last time they met, the Wizkid honcho told him that he “got enough music to retire.”

According to big Wizzy as he is fondly called said: “Come on, my brother. And we are still recording music everyday [laughs]. So, imagine how much music I have now.”

The multi award-winning singer also hinted at his sixth studio album being on the way.

“I got a new album ready, bro. New Wiz’s album. I’m dropping a new song next week. In a couple of days, mehn.”

Fans of the Afrobeat star has taken to various social media to celebrate their idol.

The singer’s babymama and manager, Jada Pollock also penned a romantic birthday message to her lover on her instagram page.
