In a recent post, a Twitter DJ who made some heart breaking comments about Nathaniel Bassey, Mercy Chinwo, and her husband, Blessed, has come out once again on social media to make amends for his behavior.
He stated that he was unable to sleep since he realized his mistake and he has been broken down with tears.
Remember that a group of people had come on social media to state their opinions about Nathanael Bassey and Mercy Chinwo.
This happened, after a photoshoot picture that was shared on Instagram by Mercy Chinwo and her husband of their baby, some users took it upon themselves to state that her baby shared some form of facial resemblance with gospel singer Nathanael Bassey.
However, some particular netizens took it upon themselves to make long detailed posts on it, justifying that not only does the baby look like Nathanael Bassey, but that Nathaniel bassey fathered the baby.
Few days later, Nathaniel reacting to this, filed a defamatory lawsuit against all the people who were involved in displaying negative things about his character. This DJ, who happens to be among one of the people who were involved, has been online dropping apologies for his short coming.
In his recent apology, he confessed how shocked he was to realize that he had mistakenly included a heading in his tweets, which has offended the same people who listen to their music all the time.
furthermore, he expressed that from his heart, he has been broken down with tears and sleepless nights since realizing his mistakes. He also confessed that he was pleading to the both of them to find a place in their hearts to forgive him as he to watch what he displays on social media.
“I sincerely apologize to each of you for the distress my actions have caused. Since realizing my error and understanding its impact, I have been apologizing.
I have even sent apology messages to the email I found on the official website belonging to Pastor Nathaniel Bassey and have continued to lookout for other means I can get across to you and today I believe this email fortresslaw@gmail.com I got today will be able to let my apology message reach you both.
I have since then deleted the tweet and issued apologies twice on the platform. Truly I have been weighed down with tears, with sleepless nights since realizing this mistake.”
