‘I hereby declare my love for popsy’ – Phyna praises Wizkid

In a recent update, Phyna, a previous winner of the reality TV show Big Brother Naija, has used the X-Platform to gather more backing for Wizkid.

After the ongoing online argument between Wizkid and Davido in the past day, the media personality fearlessly stated that Wizkid was like a father figure to her and declared her affection for him.

In her own words, she expressed the following sentiment:

“I hereby declare my love for Popsy.”

A Twitter user named Ifeoluwa slammed her, saying they were not discussing something worthless. In response, she insulted Ifeoluwa’s father.

Davido fans also joined in, blasting her in the comments. She replied by saying they would cry nonstop. Phyna then said that if someone is not Nigerian, they are missing out on a hot night.

She consistently used the big bird energy emoji, which is famously associated with Wizkid, in her tweets to boldly show her support for him.

Despite being called a clout chaser and attention seeker, she confidently stated that she speaks her mind without seeking attention.

However, she said that if being labeled as a clout chaser and attention seeker helps others, she is fine with it.

In March 2024, she expressed her admiration for Wizkid’s social media rants and stated that he didn’t care about anyone else.

She also stated that Wizkid was currently her favorite artist and made her happy. In October 2023, Davido responded to Phyna’s reaction to him liking negative tweets about her by claiming he didn’t know who she was and that it was accidental.

Phyna, unhappy with his response, went on a rant on X platform and Instagram, calling him out for being a father to multiple children.

Many believe that her current support for Wizkid is influenced by Davido’s lack of acknowledgment towards her last year.
