Veteran Nigerian actor Kanayo Kanayo has sent a warning to Toyin Abraham, his junior colleague.
It was reported on Sunday night that Nollywood stars, filmmakers, and practitioners gathered at Sugar Factory Film Studios in Ilorin, Kwara, for the Best of Nollywood Awards.
Kanayo Kanayo was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Governor of Kwara State, who was in attendance. During his speech, he appreciated the Governor and the organizers for the prestigious award, which he dedicated to his colleagues who are sick of drugs.
In a message to Toyin Abraham, Kanayo Kanayo warned her to avoid talking to him at 1 am or rush disappearing to his coven.
“I want to thank the organizers for these awards, and for this celebration. Toyin Abraham, this is just some minute to 12; if you talk to me at 1 am, I’ll take you to the coven, and you will disappear.
Your Excellency, it’s a privilege to have this award presented to me by you.
I dedicate these awards to some of her colleagues who have been caught on drugs and are in the hospital. I wish the different states could come together to rescue those who aren’t in good health. At 62 years, I am doing well in Nollywood”.
