Ime Udoka has responded to his long-time ex-fiancee Nia Long request to have full custody of their 11-year-old son after their separation.

The couple who dated for 13years had broken up things due cheating allegation by Udoka.

And Nia Long had requested to have full custody of their son, but Ime isn’t taking that as he has now requested that they both be awarded ‘sole legal and physical custody’ of their son.

He also seek visitation rights for his son Kez and it also reported that he has rejected Nai Long’s request to cover her attorney fees.

Wakadaily had reported about the couple’s splitting after dating for 13yers plus as Nia Long didn’t believe in marriage.

And also reported that Nia Long had filed for full custody of those 11 years old son claiming that Udoka failed to support their son, and also asked that the court gives Udoka a reasonable visitstion time with their son Kez, that would be beneficial to the growth of the child.

Now udoka has responded and the court will have the final verdict on the battle of custody between the two.
